We offer Free Shipping on orders within the continental United States. We typically ship via UPS or FedEx. Occasionally with large orders, we may need to ship on a pallet, in which case we will contact you.
We love free shipping and so do you! Just because shipping is free doesn't mean it should take a long time. Orlando Novelty understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly. When you order from our website, you can expect to receive your order max within 10 working days.
When the total cost of the products in your cart at checkout (after discounts) exceeds $500.00, We pay the full cost of shipping. Free shipping options are typically only available to customers in the contiguous 48 states.

We try our best to get your order shipped out as soon as possible. It may take 24-48 hours to prepare your order and ship. Please keep in mind, if credit card authorization form or valid resale certificate are not on file, we will have to wait until it is received to ship your order. If there are any issues or concerns with your order, you will be contacted which may result in different processing times for your order.

All pickup orders will be ready to pick up within 5 to 6 business hours.
Unlike many other websites that have special rules and lots of fine print, Orlando Novelty has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any special exceptions.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time promised by us on our website.
Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you will need to place multiple orders.
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order in a timely manner, however, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days.
We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
If UPS, FedEx or USPS does not meet its service guarantee, customers can notify Orlando Novelty and we will gladly place the claim with FedEx or UPS to recover your shipping costs. Orlando Novelty will credit customer accounts for the shipping fees from successful claims as soon as the claim has been paid by UPS, FedEx or USPS.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call 407-858-9499 mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
DELAYED AND LOST SHIPMENTS
Shipments can experience delays and complications beyond Orlando Novelty's control. While we will make every effort to work with the carriers on your behalf to locate and expedite these shipments, customers assume full responsibility for their packages as soon as they have been shipped from Orlando Novelty Warehouse. Orlando Novelty will not take any responsibility for lost package or wrong address. Customer can claim lost package directly with UPS, FedEx or USPS.
